Reload squid banlists without restarting

Hi folks

A while ago I recall some people inclusing myself wanting to know how to 
reinvoke updated banlists without having to turn off squid and restart it 
which kicks everyone off.

I have now found that this works for me:

After adding a site to a banlist run

/etc/init.d/squid reload

The newly added site is immediately banned with no time taken to stop squid 
and start it again.
