Squid and SquidGuard have nothing to do with email.

If you refer to Web-based email, then the answer is still no. 
SquidGuard does not perform content aware filtering.  It doesn't even 
read headers.  Squid does deal with headers, but not generally for 
filtering purposes.  SquidGuard is designed to control website access 
based on URLs.

Squid may eventually be able to do something along these lines, but it 
cannot right now.  DansGuardian can act on content in some interesting 
ways, but I haven't tried it, so I don't know exactly what it can and 
can't do.
