Come see hundreds of robots up close! Robots will fill Ft. Mason in the
largest amateur robotics expo on the West Coast. Arrive early! The games
don't go all day, and you don't want to miss one of the exciting matches,
some great Q&A sessions, or any of the cool robot demos we've got.
Come see hundreds of robots up close! See demonstrations, Displays, and a
multitude of ingenious competitions. Everyone, regardless of age, is
encouraged to come and watch all the competitions, rent a robot for a short
match, or bring their own robot to compete in the day long activities. The
program will also feature robot related slides, videos, lectures, and other
great events including several various Robotics demonstrations.
Robots on display include BattleBots and RobotWars builders and their
robots (who will be signing autographs), NASA inter-planetary and space-
station prototypes and demonstration robots, include a mock-up of the Mars
Rover and K-9; interactive and art robots including the works of Semen,
OmniCircus, and other bay area roboticists; famous movie robots; and many
home-build robots which surprise and delight people with their unique
abilities and widely-varying designs.

* Full-Sized Sumo (3 kg - no entry fee, $100 prize)

* Space-Elevator Climbing Event
* Lego Mindstorms Challenge
* BEAM competition
* Aibo Performance Competition
* Walker Challenge
* Best of Show
