Now in its third year, Camp Arachnid brings a friendly, kinky set of classes in rope bondage to Burning Man. We encourage playful, safe, creative exploration.
We throw an excellent party, so come join us for our '04 fundraiser in SF!
Wicked City will be providing music, a large dance area, and a spacious supervised BDSM play area. Camp Arachnid and some of the top rope bondage experts in the Bay Area will be on hand to demonstrate their skills and offer bondage advice.
Maybe you've always wondered what it would be like to tie up your lover. Maybe you do it all the time. Either way, we've got you covered. We'll have a class at 10PM for those interested in learning a few new tricks, and hopefully some informal lessons throughout the night.
Dress code for the event will be fetish, rope, goth, or Burning Man attire (naked does not qualify as Burning Man attire, sorry...). Dressing up is required! The evening's activities:
- Rope fetish fashion show, featuring work from some of the Bay Area's rope bondage experts
(Amateur entries also welcome, sign up at the event! Prizes will include tickets to future events.)
- Dance area with DJs WetDream, Tristan, and Slaveboy spinning goth, industrial, techno, and EBM
- Separate BDSM play space, monitored by Team Loki
- On stage dance performances by Camp Arachnid and friends
- Rope bondage class @10PM from the Camp Arachnid crew
- Hors d'oeuvres from Empress Rhea's Black Widow Catering
- Vending by Amadan Creations
- Dark art by Nick Roberts and others
Must be 21 or over to attend Mandatory Dress Code: Fetish, Goth or Themed attire
