New Humor Group From Oakland is surreal long form improv that would make Del Close do a double take. If he was alive of course. They perform reguarly at The Edinburgh Castle San Francisco, and has been seen at Above Kleptomania in New York City. Directed by Hans Summers.
Oui Be Negroes: San Francisco/Los Angeles
Oui Be Negroes Is the orginal African American Sketch Comedy/Improvisational Improv Company in the country. The Negroes have toured nationally and internationally to The Chicago Improv Festival, The Amsterdam Improv Festival, The Big Stinkin Improv Fest, The New York Improv Festival The Winnipeg Fringe Festival and points from Boston to Los Angeles. They are also featured in the Resource book "Whose Improv Is it Anyways - Beyond The Second City.
Originally from Chicago and in its 11th year, The Negroes are known for its social and political humor, and are skilled in all forms of Improv. For the Negroes...it is all improv comedy to them. They are honored to be doing Long Form Improv at The San Francisco Improv Festival. The Negroes are: Ana Elizondo, Shaun Landry, Khristian Leslie, Ronnie Ray and Hans Summers.
