This event is free and open to the public. No drugs or alcohol  
please! In conjunction with the art show:

Frybread and Roses: Art of Native Labor"

Native American artists explore the theme of labor - from traditional  
attitudes towards work, to contemporary wage labor, to the role of  
unions in tribal life - in printmaking, painting, poetry, digital  
art, sculpture, and drawing. Show runs from July 2-30.


Participating artists include: Kathy Ainsley (NTA Seneca), Judith  
Brannan Armbuster (Karuk), Roy Boney, Jr. (Cherokee Nation), Cameron  
Chino (Quechan/Pima/
Mojave), Kelly Church (Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa Ojibwe Indians),  
Dean Dempsey (NTA Apache), Peggy Fontenot (Patawatomi/Patawomeck/  
Cherokee), Alice
Gardner (NTA Crane Clan Ojibwe), Niki Lee (Arikara/Caddo), Kelley  
Lunsford (Chickasaw), Dylan Miner (Métis), Sallyann Paschall  
(Cherokee Nation), Kim Shuck (Tsalagi/Sauk and Fox/Polish), and Micah  
Wesley (Muscogee/Kiowa).
