IMAP Proxy only proxies to one server at a time, so I don't see the
need to do any detection against the username to see if we are talking
to Yahoo!.  Since this is a highly non-standard command, if it gets
added, it should be configurable (by default not used of course).  So
I've re-written the patch with all this in mind and adapted it to the
most recent code in our repository.

My tests show that the command is *not* necessary for me to log in
over IMAP, but that it doesn't hurt, either, and I do get an OK
response from it.  So I am prepared to add this to our repository, but
would love to get some feedback.  The patch is attached.  You may want
to grab a IMAP Proxy 1.2.8 snapshot from our downloads page for best
results.

To use the new feature, see the "preauth_command" in the default
configuration file, which you'll need to add to your own existing
configuration file in order to test it.
