I'm knew to your software and I'm trying to support
someone else's work for a school. The school wants to use the "forward
emails to:" option under the Personal Information screen. It doesn't
appear that all of the user accounts added here are receiving messages.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've looked on your web page for
help but have had no luck in finding what I need to know.
