i have found out the solution...actually not really a solution.. i admit i am dumb!!!! i did not have the vacation program installed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P i thought it was linked to the .php file....real dumb of me... special thanks to jonathan for helping me all this while.... 3 cheers for him! hip hip hooray! x 3 oops...stop wasting bandwidth anymore....

Service unavailable If I remember correctly, you need to do something with the sendmail restricted shell (smrsh). I think you can create a simlink from the smrsh folder to the vacation program.
