Do you have file_uploads set to On in your php.ini file? I fixed a
small issue that might adversely affect windows systems running
SquirrelMail yesterday (or the day before) in 1.2.10[cvs]. Could you
try updating to that version and see how it goes? Details on how to
get 1.2.10[cvs] are on the download page on
http://www.squirrelmail.org/download.php and you want to get the 1.2
branch.
