Though I love SquirrelMail, we're having a little trouble with the NotifyMail plug-in. It works fine on our old 1.2.x install... but our new (and much needed) 1.3.2 install gives 404 File Not found errors when it's supposed to play the new mail sounds.
I've done a reasonable amount of troubleshooting already (though I'm not a coder)... By looking at the source code of the web page that is supposed to be playing the new mail notification sounds I can see that it contains this screwy HTML: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <TITLE>404 Not Found</TITLE> </HEAD><BODY> <H1>Not Found</H1> The requested URL /mail/plugins/newmail/plugins/newmail/sounds/FanFair.wav was not found on this server.<P> <HR> <ADDRESS>Apache/1.3.27 Server at www.algore04.com Port 80</ADDRESS> </BODY></HTML> Looks like SquirrelMail is confused about where the sound files are stored. Try as I might I can't figure out how to change where SquirrelMail is looking for them. Anyone know how to change that?
