Just joined the list -- but I did search the archives before asking the question... It seems as thought this problem is common, but I didn't find a solution on the list. Here's my story:
I just installed SM 1.2.10 on my Mandrake 9.0 box. Everything is working well, and the first time I used the ldap lookup feature, it found the address. Now, however, I get "no results" and I can't for the life of me figure out why... I did add some plugins, but I subsequently removed them, to see if that was that problem. I re-entered the LDAP info both with the conf.pl script, and by hand -- neither worked. I know I have the info for the LDAP server right, and IT WORKED for 1 time!!! I'm the only user, so I'm sure it's not something someone else did... I'm not using mysql for anything, just standard text files for addressbooks, etc. I'm really befuddled.
