By default a POP3 client will try to download mail off of the server (outlook does support IMAP, so you can change the account options to work with the IMAP server). From what I remember, if Outlook finds the message has been read (ie via SM), it won't download the mail, instead of keeping a list of unique identifiers it has downloaded. Try changing your Outlook account properties to use IMAP instead of POP3. > Isn't imap suppose to leave the mails on the server after being > read? Yes it is, but POP3 by most clients default is download and delete from server. -- Jonathan Angliss ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf -- squirrelmail-users mailing list List Address: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List Archives: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id)95 List Info: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
