Save the patch below as "patch-squirrelmail-en_GB-help.diff" and then do
the following:

# patch -p1 < /full/path/to/patch-squirrelmail-en_GB-help.diff
# exit
$ exit

Note: while making this patch, I noticed some grammatical errors in the US
English help too. A patch to fix these is in a seperate message.
