Is there anything being displayed above this error message? Like
another error message? Maybe the font color is wrong, or something
like that, and it's not visible. From the line it references, code
started sending data on line 2 of src/global.php, when last time I
checked there was nothing on line 2, unless your copy of
src/global.php has somehow become messed up (such as editing it in a
DOS editor might cause some unusual characters to appear).
