The only reason you would see the code is that someone
misconfigured or broke Apache or PHP was removed. 

If it is as simple as a bad config file, we need to see to fix it.

If they have not fixed it in 2 days, I guess some human may have screwed up
something up beyond repair. Tell them to hire a consultant and get it
fixed.
