I've been away from email recently.  Not sure if you got help on this or
not?
I've cc'd the SM-USERS mailing list in case someone can help right away.
It looks like a basic MySQL/PHP configuration problem to me, although
I've not seen this specific problem before.  Try googling for the error
message or looking for it on the PHP or MySQL websites.
