  For a start, you're using an old version of SquirrelMail. Second
  this was covered ages ago (see the website about solving common
  problems, it is under themes/plugins not loading), and is a bug in
  PHP 4.2.3 and Apache 2. Either upgrade PHP, or downgrade apache. You
  might also be able to get away with setting a full path for the data
  directory in config/conf.pl.
