[SM-USERS] TWC Weather problem

Seems to be loaded and installed properly, but when I click on "New" to create a location, I get only a blank screen, no error message. FWIW, the old "weather" plugin did the same thing. I do not see any parameters in setup.php which I need to change...??

RH 8, SW 1.2.8, PHP 4.2.2, RG = ON, Apache 2.0.40

Otherwise SM runs like a charm......
