I use SM and mailman. However not sure how your problem is related to mailman. Mailman should not be setup any differently because you are using SM. It is completely independent.
Now I now if you reply or forward a message via the message list in SM and not from within the email itself SM will attach the original message instead of placing the original text inline. However if you click on reply or forward from the message detail then it will be inline. > Does anyone else on this list use mailman and squirrelmail?
