Speaking of base64 encoding of JPEG file, I found that in SQM-1.2.7, when I view the same email with inline jpg attachment, the picture shows OK.
If I just send the JPG as attachment, the VIEW link (as well as DOWNLOAD) will appear. In 1.4.0.RC2a, this is not happening - just DOWNLOAD link.
Some bug somewhere ...
