That is a session thing, and not specifically a SquirrelMail issue.
There are two 'methods' around it. First one is to adjust the session
timeout (session.gc_maxlifetime) in your php.ini file (remember to
restart apache after you change it. The other is tell them to set
their folder list to refresh after say, 10 mins or something like
that. That will force the session to stay alive.
