I don't think we've figured this out yet.  It's still writing
mail/foldername to .procmailrc...

How *should* it be written?  Seems to be the output should be as explicit
as possible.  I've even tried changing saconf_conf.php to point to simply
$HOME instead of $HOME/mail, and it still insists on writing it this way.

Can you at least give me a hint?
