Are all my problems solvable by a system or server configuration change, 
or does the issue lie in settings on the firewall?  Please review and
advise.

I can not send mail to anywhere on the Inside of the firewall

I can receive mail from anywhere (sent from Inside, DMZ, and Outside of
firewall)

I can send mail to anywhere on the DMZ of the firewall
