Don't feel embarrassed... it's quite okay... the first one made me
wonder...

you're quite right... a printable version should be... plain... no
fancy colours, themes, and the likes. I'll take a look to see what is
going on over in there.

See... you shouldn't be embarrassed... you did research ;) Try just
setting $org_logo to "" that is when it asks for the name, put nothing
in it. I believe the code checks to make sure there is something in
the field. If you're having trouble setting it to "", open up
config/config.php and try putting // in front of the $org_logo line.
