On my shiny new qmail/Courier/SquirrelMail 1.40rc2a install, everything is working great, except sending email (plain text content) invokes a 60 second delay (pause) before the screen responds again the message is sent. I tried it with Mozilla and IE6 clients, and to different email recipient hosts. No difference.
I wondered if it was an IMAP setting, so I checked my Courier ./etc/imapd file and I think it's ok with: TCPDOPTS="-nodnslookup -noidentlookup -user=vpopmail -group=vchkpw" Which should skip dns or ident lookups. And, IT WORKS. A straight IMAP client connect to the mailbox sends immediately. What settings in Squirrel should I be looking at to eliminate this pesky issue?????
