Because it is displaying the default SM logo (I assume that that logo is
what you have as the org_logo in SquirrelMail's main config/config.php),
the URL you are using to access SM probably doesn't match with any of
the listings you have in the virtualDomains array in the config file.
Double check your vlogin config file...

Also, vlogin won't display any logos after you've logged in.  The
addgraphics plugin will do that, and it has recently been updated to
allow you to specify a different logo for each of your domains.
