Has that been fixed in 1.4 RC2a or only in CVS?  (I asked because I see
this error in 1.4 RC2a running PHP 4.3.0)

  There was a slight time code error... It has been fixed in 1.4, I'll
  back port it to the 1.2 series tonight. This might fix your issue.
