Only think I did different was specify
Server preferences: "uw"
Folder preferences - Default Folder Prefix : mail/

I'm using the "stable version" 1.2.11,
Active plugins:
  Installed Plugins
    1. squirrelspell
    2. vlogin
    3. listcommands
    4. procfilter
    5. delete_move_next
    6. view_as_html
    7. newmail
    8. calendar
with the Multiple user calendar patch.

Hope this helps. The onlything really strange is the procfilter which had
an intermittent problem with proftpd which caused it to time out and loose
existing filters. (Yes John I'll get back to you when I have a chance to
work on it).
I'm on Debian Stable (i.e., woody) box so I had more problems with the php
version not recognizing the new syntax than anything else.
