Hello, I'm running SM 1.2.11 with an Exchange IMAP server. Everything works as advertised, but I would like to make the setup more idiot-proof.
By default, SM auto-subscribes INBOX, and makes Sent Items and Deleted Items folders under INBOX. I changed these to be just "Sent Items" and "Deleted Items" (on the same level as INBOX) as they are in Exchange. But these folders are not auto-subscribed for a new user, which causes some confusion. Is there any way to accomplish this? Someone posted a variant of this question a few months ago, but I couldn't find a workable answer in the archives.
