Dear Paul, Still have not figured out what the problem is. I've put the SSL project on hold for a bit as have other pressing things to do.
I've tracked the problem through login.php, redirect.php and webmail.php. Will look into it again and see if I can get any more information but I think it's simply a case of the session being dropped between redirect and webmail for some reason. Either because the domain name or the IP address changes. Thanks for getting back to this.
