(i apologize if this is the wrong list; i assumed that since
delete-move-next is part of the standard distribution, it should be
discussed here even though it's a plugin.)
i've found a situation where delete-move-next acts very strangely.
i sort my mail newest to oldest. in the message list, i select the oldest
unread mail in a folder for reading. once in the message, i click "delete
and next". since i'm sorting newest to oldest, the next message should be
the next newest message. this works as expected: the current message is
deleted and i move upward in the message list.
it gets weird on the second message: this time, when i click "delete and
next", the correct message is deleted, but i end up at the next OLDEST
message (one down in the message list).
doing the same thing with "delete and previous" causes similar odd behavior.
i'm guessing this all has to do with me sorting my mail so that the newest
message is at the top, but that's just a guess.
has anyone else seen this?
i'm running squirrelmail 1.4.0 and delete-move-next 3.0 (it was bundled
with SQ 1.4.0).
thanks!
