I have had a play with some of the code as I was having issues with an exchange server miss-displaying data too (similar layouts). Unfortunately the code I've been working on was SM 1.5[cvs] which is now slightly different to SM 1.4, and Marc has been playing with some other code in there, so I cannot simple send you two files to test, unless you're willing to upgrade to SM 1.5, I couldn't really tell you if this'd fix the issue.
