The problem is the To: line... take a look.  The mail client created
an invalid mail header (shocking that it looks like OE), which caused
SM to break.  You might want to take a look at the cvs version of:

  class/mime/Rfc822Header.class.php
  functions/imap_general.php

Update those files, and try the mailbox again. This code was applied
within the last few days.
