Shannon, Here it is. From the README file:
You may "turn off" an entire domain and disallow any users the ability
to log in using that domain by putting the following entry into the
array for the desired domain (see the sample config.php file for an
example):
'###LOCKED OUT###' => 'locked_out.php'
If you use this functionality, you may want to edit the file
"locked_out.php" to customize the message that will be seen when someone
attempts to log in to that domain. You may change the name of the file
being displayed if, for example, you want to lock out more than one
domain but show different messages for each one.
Note that there are a lot of other changes to the plugin - I was
coincidentally about ready to release it... let me know if you have any
problems or questions.
