Hi I'm using 1.2.11 .. Some users on our system have time zones displayed on there personal options some don't (For different domains)
I even copied the PHP pages from the directory of the domain that has Time Zone displayed but to no avail. The only thing I seem to be able to pick up from reading posts is that Safe Mode needs to be off for the Time Zone to appear as an option... Can someone confirm or deny...
