Still can't find a way to auto subscribe folders in SM.

My suggestion would be to check the logs on all involved servers.
Check your apache (or whatever webserver) error_log check your imap server logs check that the user that your cyrus imap server is running is the same user that owns the mail folders.

We're running SM 1.4.1 with Cyrus/Imap 2.1.12, mysql and Postfix 2.0.6. Currently we cannot create subfolders to the inbox. This includes the special folders. We get this error
* ERROR : Could not complete request.*
Query: CREATE "INBOX.testing"
Reason Given: Permission denied
We can create folders that are subfolders to folders in the inbox. eg. INBOX.testing (can't create, generates a Permission denied error)
INBOX.testing.testing123 (can create)
and.. we CAN delete folders of any level (Inbox.testing, Inbox.testing.test123)
Any ideas on where our problem lies?
Also, I've brought this up before, but how do I get folders to autosubscribe? We've looked every in SM and cyrus configs and nothing is jumping out at us..
Thanks.
