Hi,
Just to say that I have been having intermittent errors acccessing
squirrelmail where the imap and mySQL servers were behind a Cisco PIX
firewall.... It occured to me that the setting in php for mysql
persistent connections might be at fault as the cisco will close
inactive connections and the mysql wasn't attemping to restart them....
I turned off persistent connections and everything works perfectly now...
Can this be added to the FAQ ?
