I did this, now I get an infinite loop of warning messages like this: Warning: Wrong parameter count for fgets() in /home/hanpu/public_html/webmail/plugins/procfilter/procfilter_options.php on line 265. This was when I had an empty .procmailrc in my home-directory. I looked at the source of procfilter_options.php and inserted the "##Begin..." and "##End..." strings in .procmailrc. Still the same problem.
