This one is all over the mailing list archives.  Do a little more research
and you'll see that at its most basic (if you can deal with the address
book being non-editable), it just requires a simple change (take out a
couple of comment markers) in one of the SM source files.  Or you could
look at other solutions, such as one very promising one posted by Tomas a
day ago.  Make sure you check the archives next time.  ;>
