enable it back on..hope someone can post the solution again..

i doubt this error is that important as it disappears after refreshing
the screenjust wanna know what it means and it's importance
got this error msg on the left window pane - Warning: chmod failed:
Operation not permitted in /var/www/html/webmail/functions/file_prefs.php on
line 134
