Thanks, I am getting so close to having this resolved..

So I now know its standard but needs to be enabled..

But Im using a hosting service which set it up for me in the first place..
I dont have access ro run conf.pl so:

1) Can I enable it in code.. I have scanned the conf.pl file and see no
reference to "filter" or "filters".. Is the a manual method of enableing a
plugin.. like adding its name to a text file?

2) Or do I have to resort in asking my hosting service to run conf.pl for
me and enable it?
