Although if you have cranked up your php.ini settings and you want to
allow users to set shorter timeouts (or you can set one for everybody),
check out the Timeout_User plugin.  I have a new version, attached here,
that saves messages as a draft if they were in the middle of composing
when the timeout hits and also makes sure users can't press the BACK
button on their browser to get back into SM after the timeout period has
ended.
