I've noticed that the "View Unsafe Images" link does not notice if it is inside the Printer Friendly view or not. If you are in a printer fiendly window and click the "view unsafe images" link, it will refresh the page as a normal message view, not printer firendly.
This is pretty easy to replicate, so email me if you have questions.
