Hi Seth,

I've tried, these are some findings and questions:

Findings:

When I clicked on the mailto hyperlink, the current (self) broswer window will ask me to (re)login. I login and go straight to the compose window with all the preset message! Good

Questions:

1. How do I get the link to pop up new window? I want to keep current window.

2. Instead of relogin, can it just pop up a window, ready at the compose body (shld I need to add some more words). I've checked the mailto.php code, it doesn't seems to detect that my session is currently active.

My system config:

Red Hat Linux 7.2
PHP 4.1.2
Squirrelmail 1.4.2

Thanks.

I've attached three files. The mailto.php file goes in the src/
directory. The mailto.diff patch should run from inside the SquirrelMail
directory. And the squirrel.mailto.reg should be edited to reflect your
site and then run on the PC you want it to access with. Please let me
know if they work for you. If they do, I'll push it out to the 1.4.x
series. I'm not sure what's up with the 1.5.x branch. I'll have to look
at it.

Seth.
