SquirrelMail cannot support STARTTLS because of how it works, and how
PHP supports SSL. You might find that Postfix supports TLS in a
dedicated port... if you can set that up, SquirrelMail *can* support
that if your PHP is 4.3.0 or higher, and has OpenSSL compiled.
