[SM-USERS] courier-imap with SM 1.4.1 Login error

I have been unable to find an answer to this so far.  I had squirrelmail 
running on a redhat 7.3 box with the uw imap server.  Since then, I 
reinstalled the box with SuSE 9 and courier-imap.  After getting most 
everything working again, I am unable to login to squirrelmail.  I get the 
error "ERROR : Connection dropped by imap-server.  Query: LOGIN "username" 
"password".  As fas as I can tell the imap server is up and running and all 
is well.  I have tried in IE, Mozilla, and Konqueror.  All with the same 
result.  I am using postfix, courier-imap, and squirrelmail 1.4.1.  Any help 
would be most appreciated.
