This is not a SquirrelMail configuration issue; it's a web server issue. 
Typially, if SM is in your web tree, you can name it *anything* and it
will simply work.  If you've got it somewhere special, you'll need to make
sure your web server knows about it.

You should either read about your web server, ask politely here for more
help (it's technically off topic) (be sure to include more information
about your web server, php version, OS, etc), or ask on a forum more
specific to your web server.
