1. do you own some domain? you can't have http://www.example.com if you
don't own example.com.

2. do you have webhosting service, that allows to host own domains?

3. have you talked with your webhosting provider about webmail service
based on squirrelmail? Your provider might not like idea of having
something that can increase load on servers. Simple webhosting does not
require good hardware, webmail with big number of users needs it.

4. squirrelmail structure uses src/*.php part. If you want to hide it, you
need to add one more extra frame. Or maybe do some apache mod_rewrite
tweaks.
