QuickSave plugin is not part of fresh SM install. Can you provide list and
order of installed plugins and any modification made to SM? With version
numbers of third party plugins.

"Adressen" can be found in Dutch or German translation. Which one you are
using? German translation contains strings written in html codes, maybe
they cause problems with JavaScript.
